Shipping and Returns


Shipping Policy

1. WowPatterns will ensure that the products are delivered in an excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. All orders are shipped within 3-5 working days of placing the order and it usually takes another 2-10 working days for domestic orders (India) to reach your door steps (subject to transit conditions).

2. International order takes up to 10 - 15 working days to be delivered.

3. Although we strive hard to deliver the orders in the given turnaround time (2-4 working days for the ready fabrics) and (7-10 working days for customized fabric order), however there could be rare instances wherein the order could get delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.

4. For products that require separate shipping charges, shall be indicated in the product detail page and while the order is being placed.

5. We can process only one shipping address per order, hence if you would like to ship products to multiple addresses then you are required to place separate orders.

6. Extra charges shall be applicable on all international orders.

7. All the taxes and duties for international orders will be borne by the customers.

8. Amount mentioned on the payment page will be the final amount.

9. Prices are inclusive of all charges and taxes (terms n conditions apply).

10. Delivery of an order shall be completed when the goods are delivered to the address you give us.

11. The delivery days mentioned is approximate only. Since we rely on our courier partners for delivery, this can vary due to factors that are outside our control.

12. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the courier and tracking details so that you can track your order online.

13. Customs once applied shall be borne by the customer whatsoever. For return of an international order, the amount of the customs applied will be deducted from the total refundable amount.

Refund and Return Policy

Wowpatterns aspires to ensure that our customer is completely happy and we endeavour to provide the best to you . In order to deliver you the correct and right product , our team of experts do a rigorous check in terms of the fabric's impeccable quality, it's color, it's quantity as per the order number and code before it's ready for dispatch. 

1. You may change/cancel your order if it is not yet processed. To do so, please get in touch with us at hello@wowpatterns.com with your order number and your request.

2. International orders cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded due to certain custom duty norms and policies of each country.

3. All our products undergo through quality checks before delivery, still you find that the product is damaged, kindly email us the picture/s of the product within 48 hours from the order receipt. Once we confirm the order damage, we will reprint your order and will deliver it to you. For international orders, you do not have to return the fabric. For domestic orders we'll arrange the pick up once we confirm it.

4. Return policy is not applicable for  upload your design, template, sale goods and fabric orders measuring 3 meters or below.

5. Return policy is not applicable for orders above 15 meters of single design. If the product is damaged, kindly send us pictures of the product within 48 hours from the order receipt. Once we confirm the order damage, we will reprint your order and will deliver it to you.

6. The product(s) may be returned within 3 days from the date of receipt only if you consider them to not be in the quantity you ordered, if the product is damaged, has a major defect or is different from what you ordered.

7. We quality control all our shipping and packaging processes, but in rare circumstances, if you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product or an incomplete order, simply get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving your order with pictures at hello@wowpatterns and we will take care of the rest.

8. In case you receive a different product from what you ordered, we will exchange the product free of cost and will send the original product ordered. But please note, it has to be intimated to us via email on hello@wowpatterns.com immediately or within 48 hours on receipt of the product. Hence, we urge you to check the product received immediately upon receipt.

9. If your order contains products sold in OFFERS or SALE, we would not accept any returns / exchange / replacement request. SALE products are final sale only unless the product is defected/damaged or the product is not what you ordered for.

10. The product should be unwashed, unused, unstitched and undamaged.

11. Do not cut the fabric. It must be the original cut length. If it's cut, it cannot be returned. The fabrics are marked on both ends.

12. We have a free reverse pickup service. We will arrange for a courier company representative to pick up the product from you in 3-5 working days for domestic orders only (India). Please have the parcel ready and packaged as you have received it, and enclose a copy of the bill or a piece of paper with your order number. If your pin code is not serviceable by our team, you must courier the product back to us at your own cost, and we will reimburse it along with your refund.

13. If you cancel the order, any amount paid will be credited back to the requested bank account. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet, you will receive a refund into the source account within 10 - 15 working days from the time of order cancellation.

14. Shipping charges will be deducted from the amount, and the remaining amount will be credited to your account if you return the order.

15. If a coupon code is applied and the order is returned, the discount will be deducted from the amount, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

16. In the case of multiple orders, if a single product is returned and the coupon code is applied, the discount will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

17. Custom printed fabrics (customer's choice) cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.


Refund Policy for Patternmaker tool & AI Patternmaker tool

If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with our Patternmaker tool or the AI Patternmaker tool or no longer find a use for the tools, please email hello@wowpatterns.com with a request for a refund, and our team will take care of it for you.
